If you have your own domain, it's very likely that we can help. Note we can't help with third party mail provides such as Gmail, Hotmail etc. As a rough guide if you have control over your dns then we can start handling mail filtering for you.

How effective is the service?

There are a number of factors which can affect incoming spam levels and spam itself changes and adapts to new technologies, but as our anti spam techniques are also adaptive we can, in general, reduce incoming spam by about 90%. We can't promise to catch all your spam, but we can reduce it significantly.

What about my website?

Whatever setup you have, only the mail records for your domain need changed for us to handle anti spam filtering so your website can stay with your existing host. Of course we handle web hosting as well and would welcome the opportunity to have a chat about our other services.

How quickly does it take effect?

As our service relies on the Domain Name service (DNS), it can take 24-48 hrs for settings to take effect globally. The transition is seamless however so you won't be without mail during this period.

Will i lose any genuine emails?

We offer non-destructive filtering whereby all incoming mail is simply tagged and filtered as opposed to dropped/deleted. Some users will find that the system works well enough for spam to be simply deleted on the server freeing them from even seeing it.

In general the more aggressive the filtering the more likely it is to pick up more genuine emails, but we can advise on what works best for your setup.
